What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with seating
• present menus and answer questions
• make food and wine suggestions
• take and relay orders using the point-of-sale system
• observe and respond to guest requests
• total bills and accept payment or refer guests to the cashier
• clear and reset tables
• clean service and prep areas
• report complaints to a manager
• follow safety and cash-handling procedures.
