Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager, Landscape and Hardscape Construction

What you'll do

• Lead estimates for complex public, commercial, municipal, HOA, condominium, and high-end residential projects
• review plans, specifications, bid documents, and contracts
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability concerns
• evaluate proposals and define subcontractor scopes
• oversee submittals, change orders, coordination, critical-path activities, job-cost tracking, and post-project reviews
• mentor the existing estimator and improve estimating and project-management systems.
