Construction Safety Manager, Regional

What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, and support safety professionals across construction projects
• visit sites and address employee, client, and safety needs
• assist with hiring and onboarding
• build client and partner relationships
• provide field safety support and consulting
• conduct audits, inspections, training, and incident investigations
• assist with OSHA compliance
• coordinate staffing and safety resources
• support client meetings and proposals
• maintain approximately 30–50% billable project and consulting work.
