What you'll do

• Confirm take-offs and review estimates and project risks
• oversee and direct assigned estimators and junior estimators, and occasionally project engineers
• prepare project overviews and pre-bid information
• review specifications and special provisions
• collaborate with operations staff to validate construction production, means, methods, and equipment assumptions used in pricing
• gather information during pre-bid site visits.
