What you'll do

• Direct laborers, operators, and leadmen
• communicate daily work plans and production targets
• coordinate excavation, grading, utility, and site-work activities
• verify layout, elevations, grades, slopes, and utility locations
• ensure trenching and shoring requirements are followed
• track production quantities and submit daily reports and timecards
• report field conflicts and delays
• maintain equipment and tools
• train crew members
• uphold safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
