Project Manager — Multifamily Construction

The role supports a growing New England construction and development company’s multifamily and mixed-use project pipeline. The project manager leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and project teams. Managing project performance and resolving issues across cost, quality, and schedule supports successful delivery of ground-up construction projects.

What you'll do

• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• review drawings and specifications and identify risks
• support estimating, procurement, and subcontractor selection
• coordinate planning with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• lead subcontractors and coordinate field activities
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• monitor schedules and milestones
• manage budgets, payment applications, invoicing, and forecasts
• lead project meetings
• coordinate punch lists, occupancy certificates, turnover, and closeout
• travel to active project sites throughout New Hampshire.
