Project Manager — Medicaid Cloud-Based Systems

The consultant reports to the Director of the DASH Program and manages daily activities for the Medicaid Cloud-Based Systems program. The role coordinates enterprise project and program delivery, guiding development teams and managers while maintaining governance, risk, and change controls. It helps ensure projects are consistently defined, tracked, communicated, and delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality levels.

What you'll do

• Enforce software development lifecycle practices and enterprise policies, tools, and processes
• direct development teams supporting and improving applications
• plan budgets, goals, and business objectives
• maintain scalable enterprise system tools
• enforce program management practices, governance, processes, and metrics
• define, track, and communicate projects consistently
• apply change and risk controls
• partner with IT, business leadership, and stakeholders
• guide project and program managers on business cases
• oversee delivery against schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
