What you'll do

• Oversee regular visits to all 12 Genesee County facilities
• ensure buildings are staffed and covered
• manage cleaners, day porters, leads, and supervisors
• arrange replacement coverage for employee call-offs
• inspect facilities and uphold cleaning standards and contract requirements
• communicate with county representatives
• address complaints
• monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory
• manage employee performance
• ensure background-check and security requirements are met
• report account performance and issues to Facilities360 Operations.
