What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Owner’s Representative during construction
• lead and coordinate construction administration and inspection teams
• monitor contractor work for compliance with contract documents, plans, specifications, permits, and codes
• coordinate with project stakeholders and regulatory agencies
• conduct and document inspections and progress reviews
• review schedules, payment applications, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and testing reports
• monitor costs, schedule, quality, safety, and risks
• maintain project records
• identify nonconforming work and coordinate corrective actions
• lead progress meetings and report to the owner
• manage punch lists, commissioning coordination, turnover, and closeout documentation.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field; registered architect or professional engineer license; and at least 15 years of relevant building-construction experience.
