What you'll do

• Handle escalated customer concerns and service recovery
• schedule and optimize appointments using dispatch and CRM systems
• coordinate arrival windows and changes with field teams
• support same-day service through follow-up and confirmations
• assist with booking and cancellation saves
• document interactions and resolutions
• support onboarding and peer coaching as assigned.
