What you'll do

• Greet patients arriving for appointments
• schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments in the electronic health system according to PCMH standards
• assist with pre-calls and call reports
• confirm appointments
• route non-scheduling calls
• respond to patient inquiries and follow up as needed
• apply LEP policy
• protect confidential patient information
• float between clinic offices.
