What you'll do

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognize and respond to subtle changes in patient condition, administer complex medications and treatments, operate and manage advanced life support equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, record significant conditions, perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, document assessments, provide education to patients and families, communicate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain proficiency in critical care procedures, adhere to infection control protocols, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
