What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop property management teams
• guide teams on day-to-day property issues
• conduct annual property management audits and create action plans
• support contract, accounting, and property management procedures
• assist with owner site visits
• coordinate vendor contracts, inspections, tenant relations, client meetings, and capital projects
• lead property transitions
• review budgets and CAM reconciliations
• support hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and business development
• maintain client relations.
