What you'll do

• Oversee administrative and supervisory operations of one or two residential homes
• coordinate case management and SB 962/853 programs with Regional Center and DDS
• maintain a safe, sanitary, therapeutic environment
• ensure health care plans and regulatory requirements are followed
• hire, staff, evaluate, and train employees
• coordinate ancillary services
• manage budgets, vendors, and purchasing
• support surveys and corrective plans
• maintain communication with leadership, families, and regional centers
• fulfill on-call responsibility.
