The Employment Specialist role is hybrid in Monona, WI, combining office, community-based, and remote work. Compensation is $20.00–$22.50 per hour. AchieveAbilities empowers disabled adults to build meaningful lives at work and in the community. This role coaches and advocates for people with disabilities as they pursue employment, supporting job-search preparation and applications, then providing workplace coaching and follow-along support to help them succeed and build independence.

What you'll do

• Complete DVR reports
• assist with Job Center registration
• develop resumes and cover letters
• help participants navigate job searches and applications
• break job duties into manageable steps based on individual learning styles
• provide on-site support and coaching
• model workplace expectations when needed
• provide follow-along services for up to 90 days.
