What you'll do

• Support membership retention, renewals, and revenue goals
• build relationships with assigned season ticket member accounts through calls, emails, meetings, and personalized contact
• resolve member issues and anticipate needs
• maintain accurate CRM and ticketing records
• assist with member events and on-site support
• represent the organizations at home games and select events
• conduct 40–50 proactive outbound calls daily.
