What you'll do

• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend powersports products
• demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and financing options
• manage leads, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
• maintain knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors
• collaborate with service and parts departments
• work toward sales targets and customer satisfaction
• prepare sales documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
