Job overview

The Food Runner role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $13 per hour. The role supports dining-room service at maman’s Plaza Midwood location, a French bakery and café focused on hospitality and guest experience. The runner helps keep service accurate, welcoming, and efficient by supporting guests and coordinating with front- and back-of-house teams. The role also maintains clean guest areas and helps ensure delivery and catering orders are packaged and dispatched correctly.

What you'll do

• Welcome and support guests
• set tables and offer water
• follow service steps
• build rapport with returning guests
• help resolve guest concerns with the shift team leader
• run food to tables during weekday service
• bus items and replenish water and cutlery stations
• check delivery and catering orders for accuracy and packaging
• restock
• maintain cleanliness in guest and team areas
• complete restroom checks and assigned cleaning
• support teammates during peak periods.
