Apartment Make Ready Technician

The Apartment Make Ready Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in League City, TX, at Ravello at Tuscan Lakes. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role contributes to timely apartment turns by completing repairs, painting, grounds upkeep, and other maintenance tasks while meeting safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare and restore vacant apartments for move-ins. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• service sinks, showers, appliances, cabinets, doors, and fixtures. Replace bulbs, fixtures, switches, outlets, and hardware
• inspect and repair locks and weather stripping. Paint, caulk, complete light drywall repairs, assist with grounds upkeep, and work with the maintenance team to complete unit turns.
