What you'll do

  • oversee service, facilities, cash controls, and shift routines
  • lead guest recovery and brand standards
  • hire, onboard, coach, and retain staff
  • drive reservations, upselling, private dining, and local partnerships
  • ensure regulatory, safety, and company-policy compliance
  • collaborate with culinary, beverage, HR, finance, facilities, marketing, and events teams.
