Senior Manager, Talent Management

The Senior Manager, Talent Management role is onsite in Culver City, CA, with work from the Los Angeles office five days per week. Compensation is $150,000–$180,000 per year. Jam City is a mobile games developer and entertainment studio creating casual puzzle and story-driven games. The senior manager leads the People Partner team and talent programs that support performance and growth across the company. The role advises senior leaders, manages employee relations and organizational change, and develops performance, career, and leadership programs in partnership with People Operations and other teams.

• lead manager development and leadership training
• partner on compensation, promotions, hiring, and talent insights
• lead and develop the People Partner team
• identify uses of AI in talent programs and People Partner work
• collaborate with global People teams.
