What you'll do

• Support a positive, respectful classroom
• welcome children and families
• help respond to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed. Assist classroom staff with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and colleagues
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• and participate in required meetings, training, and professional development. Schedules may vary based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs.
