What you'll do

• Answer phones and emails
• help customers use pay stations and automated ticketing equipment, obtain receipts, and make credit card payments
• help customers locate vehicles
• direct customers to parking areas or spaces
• resolve requests, questions, and complaints
• patrol parking areas by golf cart to help prevent vehicle damage and theft
• look for ways to assist customers.
