What you'll do

• Greet customers and process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
• open and maintain accounts and documentation
• assist with debit card orders, wire transfers, matured CDs or IRAs, and account inquiries
• respond to phone and in-person questions
• balance cash drawer and support ATM/recycler maintenance, night drop processing, and safe deposit access
• research and resolve customer issues
• approve teller transactions within set limits
• follow bank policies, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and security standards
• collaborate with branch colleagues.
