What you'll do

• Lead the group’s business plan and client relationships
• review bids, proposals, and contracts
• manage billings, budgets, and financial performance
• recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff
• oversee design and project execution
• conduct feasibility studies
• support construction administration
• stamp and seal drawings as a licensed architect
• ensure code and accessibility compliance
• develop business and monitor performance indicators.
