The Facilities Operations Attendant is an onsite, full-time role in Richmond, VA, at Maymont. Pay is $17 per hour. What you'll do

• Clean and disinfect facilities, restrooms, and offices
• stock paper products
• maintain trash and recycling receptacles and remove litter
• prepare and clean spaces for meetings, rentals, and events, including moving and setting up chairs, tents, and tables
• assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• report safety hazards and maintenance needs
• follow safety procedures and support Maymont programs and events.

Why this role
