What you'll do
- Lead and manage nursing services

- coordinate resident care plans in accordance with physician orders and regulations
- participate in admissions decisions, with meetings with prospective residents as applicable
- attend management meetings on resident status, staffing, and operations
- ensure compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act and company policies.
