What you'll do

• Process cash, check, money order, deposit, and loan-payment transactions
• confirm member instructions
• answer account inquiries
• issue money orders and process bond redemptions
• balance the cash drawer
• resolve member and internal questions
• assist other departments and branches
• identify and track cross-selling opportunities.
