It helps align project deliverables with customer milestones, manage costs and margins, and maintain communication among customers, contractors, manufacturers, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate product selection, specifications, plans, estimates, proposals, value engineering, and redesigns
• manage multiple projects, costs, schedules, and deliverable deadlines
• communicate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, customers, and manufacturers
• maintain project files and order-entry data
• assist with submittals
• track shipments and ship dates
• generate equipment selections and quotes as needed
• track submittal and installation, operation, and maintenance requests
• collaborate with Parts, Service, and Accounting
• prepare reports.
