What you'll do

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during the evening shift
• oversee care for medically complex pediatric residents
• provide hands-on clinical guidance
• monitor resident condition and ensure interventions
• oversee admissions, transfers, orders, medications, treatments, and documentation
• ensure clinical standards are followed
• respond to emergencies
• coordinate staffing and shift transitions
• communicate with physicians, families, and the care team
• review documentation and follow up on incidents.
