What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-created prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare and store food, monitor food and cooling-room temperatures, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipes and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, set up and break down workstations, and clean tools and equipment.
• Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and keep dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware available and clean.
