The Independent Living Skills Coach (Overnight) is an onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN, with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour. This position supports the SpringPath Mental Health Services team by providing care and rehabilitation for individuals with mental health or psychiatric needs. This role exists to provide an awake overnight presence that promotes the physical, social, and psychological well-being of clients. The Coach supports the therapeutic environment and assists with daily living skills to help clients live meaningful lives.

What you'll do

• Provide assistance to promote well-being, interact positively with clients, assist Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners, follow safety procedures, perform administrative duties, oversee morning meal preparation, clean, transport clients, and provide group/individual services.
• Administer medication and maintain a therapeutic environment.
