What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary requirements, including special diets
• serve food at proper temperatures and presentation
• maintain a sanitary kitchen
• receive, rotate, and store supplies
• monitor and record temperatures, portions, and waste
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and Dietitian
• support dietary aides as needed.
