Pharmacist II — Part-Time, Outer Cape

What you'll do

• Answer pharmacy questions from healthcare professionals and counsel patients on drug therapies
• participate in clinical programs and train pharmacy staff and learners
• perform medication reconciliation and comprehensive medication reviews
• identify adherence barriers and develop improvement plans
• comply with drug laws and regulations
• maintain controlled-substance records and inventory
• maintain separate 340B inventory as appropriate
• supervise support personnel
• maintain current registration and infection-control practices.
