Director of Human Resources

Job overview

The Director of Human Resources role is hybrid/remote, based in Tampa, FL, with travel of up to 30% to PREVENTION 305 offices as needed. The annual salary range is $115,000–$125,000. PREVENTION 305 works to expand affirming HIV prevention, testing, treatment, pharmacy, and sexual health services across Florida. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the director leads HR strategy and operations to support organizational growth, compliance, and mission impact. The role advises leaders, strengthens an inclusive workplace, and oversees the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR governance.

What you'll do

• Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy, culture, and organizational change
• lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• oversee performance management, training, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and workforce reporting
• manage employee relations and investigations
• maintain employment-law and HIPAA workforce privacy compliance
• develop HR policies and provide workforce metrics to leadership and the Board.
