What you'll do
- Help enforce GMP, quality, and food-safety policies
- supervise and train FSQA technicians when the supervisor is absent
- assist with customer complaint investigations, root-cause analysis, risk assessments, and HACCP/HARPC work
- conduct weekly environmental swabbing and maintain EMP records
- verify quality checks and equipment calibration
- support documentation, inspections, traceability exercises, and laboratory inventory.
