The administrator owns and improves Salesforce CPQ and related platform processes that support the go-to-market organization. By improving product configuration, pricing, approvals, access, automation, and the quote-to-subscription lifecycle, the role helps sellers and Customer Success work efficiently while partnering with RevOps, Finance, and other teams.

What you'll do

• Own Salesforce CPQ configuration, including products, bundles, rules, discount schedules, and quote templates
• maintain price books and lead product setup and pricing updates
• manage quote and opportunity approvals
• improve quoting workflows
• manage orders, contracts, and renewals with RevOps and Finance
• design profiles and permission models
• build and maintain Flows
• contribute to org health and technical-debt reduction
• track work in Jira and follow sandbox-first releases
• support reports, dashboards, data imports, cleanup, and integrations
• partner with stakeholders and train users
• use AI tools daily to analyze configuration, document, build, and troubleshoot.
