It supports team preparation, sales, service recovery, and the smooth operation of the seasonal location.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures.
• Capture photos, help guests select souvenirs, resolve service issues, reinforce procedures, troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed, and assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
