The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, POD 4 role is onsite at communities in Mesa and Chandler, AZ, with a stated base pay range of $19–$20 per hour. The consultant serves prospective and current residents, conducts tours, guides applicants through leasing, and maintains resident files and apartment availability and pricing. The role supports a positive community experience and may float between POD communities to provide coverage and support as needed.

What you'll do

• Welcome prospective and current residents
• conduct community tours
• guide prospective residents through the application process and follow up on application status
• communicate with residents and prospects by email, telephone, and in person
• maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing
• support community standards and resident experience. The role may float between POD communities for coverage and support.
