What you'll do

• Set up the steam table on time
• monitor food temperatures during meal service
• prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, and serve menu items according to recipes or product directions
• instruct attendants about menu offerings and changes
• follow food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
