What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite representative and day-to-day contact for the client, contractor, and stakeholders
• represent client interests through project phases
• coordinate the owner, design team, contractor, commissioning team, and stakeholders
• evaluate change orders, cost proposals, and contract modifications
• review payment applications
• help resolve scope, budget, quality, constructability, and coordination issues
• coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, turnover, occupancy, and closeout
• lead project staff and maintain records and reporting.
