What you'll do

• Build resident relationships, address and document concerns, enforce community rules, and update the Regional Manager as appropriate.
• Process applications and lease documents, follow up with prospects, conduct background checks, and show available homes.
• Collect rent, prepare deposits and notices, and support eviction proceedings.
• Oversee maintenance, monitor property conditions, and coordinate with contractors.
