The Maintenance Technician, BlueSky Vacation Rentals role is onsite in Frisco, CO, with daily travel between multiple vacation rental properties. Pay is $26 per hour. First Chair Destinations manages vacation homes in ski towns and coastal communities. The technician performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep rental homes in good condition and support guest and owner experiences. The role also coordinates with vendors, responds to maintenance issues, and participates in an on-call rotation for urgent needs.

What you'll do

• Travel between assigned vacation properties
• complete general repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• troubleshoot appliances, cable and Wi-Fi, basic HVAC, and light plumbing issues
• coordinate owner-approved maintenance tickets and third-party vendors
• maintain guest and owner satisfaction standards
• participate in the maintenance team’s on-call rotation
• maintain hot tubs as needed, collect and remove trash and debris, and follow up on assigned tasks.

Why this role

$26 per hour; 30–40 hours per week; AM shifts (8 a.m.–4 p.m.) and PM shifts (2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.) available. Weekends and holidays may be required; on-call coverage is part of a team rotation.
