What you'll do

• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and associates
• prepare and present meals according to planned menus and special diets in a fine-dining style
• prepare for upcoming meals and events
• complete food inventory and account for usage and deliveries
• keep refrigerators and freezers clean and organized and monitor temperatures
• prepare, store, and label food according to procedures
• maintain serving stations and use hazardous materials according to department procedures.

Why this role

Breakfast cooking experience is required; one to two years of related experience is preferred. Shifts are 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. two days per week and 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. three days per week; Sunday shifts are required, and shifts may change with notice.
