What you'll do

• Set up and operate machinery, tools, and UV equipment for cutting, shaping, sanding, assembling, coating, and finishing wood products
• verify dimensions and inspect materials for defects
• perform general labor such as cleaning, painting, labeling, and hauling pallets
• maintain housekeeping and follow safety standards and training
• assist with production changeovers, setups, adjustments, and shutdowns
• relieve production roles as trained and assigned
• clean equipment during downtime and complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
