What you'll do

• Oversee property managers and site teams across assigned communities
• conduct weekly site visits
• monitor occupancy, rent collection, compliance, and maintenance
• ensure regulatory requirements and audits are met
• support budgets and vendor contracts
• oversee work orders, inspections, unit turns, and preventive maintenance
• address resident complaints and coordinate resident support
• submit performance dashboards and required reports
• coach and evaluate property managers.
