What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and fixed-asset entries
• maintain schedules and reconcile balance-sheet accounts
• reconcile bank, card, payment processor, and Shopify activity
• support multistate sales and use tax compliance
• reconcile inventory and product costs
• coordinate accounts payable and expenses
• reconcile payroll and benefits activity
• prepare management reports and compliance records
• recommend accounting workflow improvements.
