Recruiting Sourcer — Remote, U.S.

What you'll do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and communities
• maintain talent pipelines and records in Greenhouse
• coordinate external recruiter activity
• assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition updates, and reporting
• share market insights and recommend sourcing improvements.
