What you'll do

• Lead electrical engineers and designers
• recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop staff
• plan project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resources
• lead electrical projects and design building power and lighting systems
• prepare engineering documents and equipment specifications
• perform power system studies using SKM PTW
• support construction observation, startup, and commissioning
• review contractor submittals
• develop estimates and maintain electrical standards
• contribute to marketing and business development.
