What you'll do

• Prepare and present cost plans and estimates at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
• perform quantity surveys
• support feasibility studies and cost advice
• maintain benchmark data
• review third-party estimates
• support procurement, bid analysis, and contractual documents
• review change documents and pricing
• conduct constructability reviews
• perform site visits as appropriate
• prepare monthly cost reports
• contribute to value engineering and options analysis.
